Fire Protection Technician

As a vital addition to our team, you will manage the maintenance and inspection of fire alarms and emergency lighting systems.

Your role will include hands-on service work and timely completion of necessary work orders and reports. Your background in electrical systems or HVAC will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, inspect, and repair fire alarm systems

• Service fire extinguishers and emergency lighting as needed

• Complete work orders and reports promptly

• Collaborate with a supportive team in the field

• Enhance your skills through training and certifications

Requirements:

• Experience with fire safety systems preferred

• Willingness to earn ASTTBC and BCWWA certifications

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
