Utility Maintenance Labourer

This role supports the Wastewater Chief Operator and entails a comprehensive workload focused on utility operations. You will be responsible for various tasks, including driving to job sites, assisting in repairs, and performing routine cleaning duties. This is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about maintaining municipal infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in operating and maintaining wastewater systems

• Transport equipment and personnel safely

• Clear brush from utility areas

• Conduct traffic control at work sites

• Regularly clean and repaint utility installations

Requirements:

• High school diploma with 2 years of relevant experience

• Hands-on knowledge of construction tools and practices

• Proficiency in basic computer programs

• Strong physical stamina for outdoor work

• Valid BC driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
