As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for leading on-site personnel, ensuring projects meet safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Read and relay concerns on technical documents
• Organize and motivate carpentry teams and laborers
• Maintain site safety and compliance with building codes
• Manage tools and materials effectively
• Engage in post-construction inspections and repairs
Requirements:
• Carpentry certification or equivalent experience
• Experience with projects valued up to $5 million
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Level 1 Occupational First Aid certification
• Familiarity with local building codes
