What You'll Do
- Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals and small businesses
- Assist clients with year-round tax planning and compliance
- Prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations
- Help improve internal processes, templates, and client onboarding
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience preparing individual and small business tax returns
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) preferred
- Someone who enjoys solving problems and helping people - not just preparing returns
