• Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals and small businesses
• Assist clients with year-round tax planning and compliance
• Prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations
• Help improve internal processes, templates, and client onboarding

• 1+ years of hands-on experience preparing individual and small business tax returns
• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) preferred
• Someone who enjoys solving problems and helping people - not just preparing returns
