Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist for a dynamic role in Minnesota. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys providing excellent service to clients and staff members alike.
Responsibilities- Greet visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Direct customers to the correct department and provide information about the establishment, such as the location of departments or offices or employees within the organization
- Greet customers upon arrival, answer their questions, and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and transfer callers to the appropriate person or department.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales, service, and administration departments.
- Maintain an awareness of activity on the show floor, keeping an accurate record of staff members' whereabouts and availability at all times.
- Operate the telephone switchboard by answering incoming calls, transferring callers to appropriate personnel, taking messages, and using the overhead paging system.
- Hear complaints from customers and the public, and direct them to the proper manager for resolution of issues.
- Perform administrative support tasks such as sorting files, preparing documents to be mailed, and operating computers to work with company records, invoices, and other documents.
- Utilize and maintain electronic calendars for tracking schedules and meetings.
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Great attention to detail.
- Cheerful, friendly personality with 6 months of related experience preferred.
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Benefits- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $19-$23/hour
