Entry Level Do you enjoy being active, working outdoors, and being around vehicles? Buerkle Honda is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Vehicle Operations Associate to help keep our dealership running smoothly.

• Move vehicles throughout the dealership and between departments.
• Retrieve, stage, and position vehicles for customers and dealership staff.
• Maintain organization, appearance, and accuracy of vehicle inventory on the lot.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries, dealer trades, and vehicle transfers between locations as needed.
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery by ensuring they are fueled, charged, clean, and properly staged.
• Conduct routine lot inspections to verify vehicle placement and condition.
• Respond to vehicle movement requests from sales, service, and management teams.
• Assist with snow removal from vehicles and lot preparation during winter months.
• Monitor lot conditions and maintain a safe, clean, and professional dealership environment.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and remain productive throughout the day.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to walk, stand, and move vehicles for extended periods.
