Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator, you support financial advisors and their clients by managing client accounts, providing exceptional client service, and executing administrative tasks that ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities- Client Service:
Provide exceptional service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions; resolve inquiries, maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal teams. - Account Management:
Learn the financial services industry; handle account openings, transfers, and other requests; process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. - Administrative & Operational Support:
Schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, streamline processes, update SOPs, and execute branch business plans. - Technology:
Use firm‑provided software such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other tools; stay adept at new programs and systems.

- Hiring Minimum: $26.10 per hour
- Hiring Maximum: $28.26 per hour
