Role Description
The Nursing AD Faculty (3 UFT) role is a full-time, on-site faculty position located at Century College in White Bear Lake, MN. The faculty member will teach in the Associate Degree Nursing program, delivering classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction that supports student learning outcomes and prepares learners for professional nursing practice.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities include planning and implementing evidence‑based nursing curriculum, assessing student performance, providing regular feedback, and maintaining accurate records of grades and progression. The role involves active participation in curriculum development and review, collaboration with colleagues to align course content with program and accreditation standards, and engagement in professional development to stay current with nursing and nursing education practices.
Faculty members are expected to contribute to departmental and college committees, support student advising and mentoring, and uphold Century College’s commitment to equity, inclusion, and community engagement.
