Actalent is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support process validation and manufacturing operations for innovative medical devices in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. This position is ideal for early-career engineers looking to gain hands-on experience in process development.
Responsibilities include supporting validation activities, developing protocols, and improving manufacturing processes using Lean principles. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and approximately 2+ years of experience in a regulated industry.
Competitive pay ranging from $40.00 to $52.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, 401(k), and PTO.
