Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (based on experience & sustained FTE)

We’re seeking a licensed therapist (3+ years post-licensure preferred) to join our White Bear Lake clinic. This role is ideal for a clinician who values strong clinical work, collaboration, and sustainable caseload expectations within a structured outpatient setting.

Alliance for Healing is an integrated mental health clinic serving the northeast Twin Cities suburbs. Our work centers on:

• Trauma and attachment
• Relational repair and couples work
• Emotional regulation
• Sexuality and identity
• Neurobiological integration, including neurofeedback

We are not a high-volume practice.

We prioritize depth, accountability, and long-term professional growth.

• Steady referral flow
• Defined FTE structure with clear expectations
• Support from therapist support managers
• Strong administrative backing
• Beautiful, thoughtfully designed clinical space

New hires receive a structured 6-week ramp period, followed by compensation aligned with sustained FTE level.

Experience in trauma, couples therapy, betrayal work, EMDR, or somatic approaches is especially welcome.
