You’ll work directly with individuals in need of assistance, including those with intellectual or developmental disabilities or other complex medical needs, across 15 states.

• Fixed Rate: $18.50/hr
• Schedules: Variety of open full-time and part-time schedules. All positions may require weekend and holiday work.

• Provide Hands-On Care: Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal care, meal prep, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry while fostering independence.
• Create a Safe & Welcoming Environment: Maintain a clean, safe space to support comfort and personal goal attainment.
• Mentor & Guide: Offer supervision, positive reinforcement, and guidance to help individuals achieve aspirations.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Passion for Helping Others.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation.
• Strong communication skills for reading, writing, and collaboration with team members.
