Part-Time Recruiter HR - In-Home Services & Respite (IHSR)

Location: White Bear Lake, MN Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week Pay: $20-$21/hour (DOE)

We are seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to support hiring needs primarily for our In-Home Services and Respite (IHSR) and other programs.

The Part-Time Recruiter will lead recruiting efforts for IHSR positions, helping attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates to support individuals in their homes and communities. This role is critical to ensuring PAI maintains appropriate staffing levels to meet client needs.

• Manage recruiting efforts primarily for IHSR openings
• Post and manage job listings across multiple job boards
• Source and screen candidates based on IHSR requirements
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews
• Partner with HR and program leadership on staffing priorities
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking and documentation
• Support pre-employment and onboarding steps
• Provide a positive, professional candidate experience

• Previous recruiting or hiring experience preferred
• Experience in human services, disability services, healthcare, or related fields a plus
• Familiarity with or ability to learn IHSR program requirements
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a part‑time capacity
• Comfortable using online job boards and applicant tracking systems
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance are required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
