Salary Range: $12.00 To $15.00 Hourly

This position is Part-Time and the hours are Monday-Friday 5am-11am.

This position is responsible for keeping the buildings in a clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing trash. Duties may include performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalks.

• 1. Sweeping, buffing, cleaning, stripping and waxing of tile floors
• 2. Vacuuming, cleaning, scrubbing and drying of carpeting
• 3. Dusting, cleaning and waxing of walls and office furniture
• 4. General care and cleaning of restrooms
• 7. Maintaining a record/log of assigned area
• 8. Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
