Wilson Tool is seeking an experienced Die Maker for first shift in Minnesota to build and refine high-precision tooling for stamping applications. You will work on one-off and short-run dies, read complex blueprints, and hold tolerances to four decimal places in a climate-controlled shop.
You’ll collaborate with engineering and production to improve tooling performance, mentor junior machinists, and contribute to global manufacturing success with your craftsmanship and problem-solving skills.
