Assembler II

Assembler ll position is responsible for following detailed manufacturing instructions to assemble a variety of products from the required components. This role requires excellent detail and manual dexterity.

• Perform precision assembly of product components to meet customer standards.
• Interpret manufacturing instructions to ensure accurate builds.
• Perform in‑process testing and quality checks to verify product compliance.
• Record production data per regulatory and company requirements.
• Use small tools and fixtures such as, but not limited to automation machines, welders, manual presses, and measurement equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the assembly environment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support additional manufacturing tasks as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0-2 years of experience in assembly environments

• Ability to read and follow work instruction documents
• Manual dexterity and ability to work with small components
• Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and light lifting (up to ~40 lbs).
• Ability to safely navigate a manufacturing environment and use tools/equipment

Expected Compensation Range:
Hourly, non-exempt- $17-$21
