The Specialty Manufacturing Company is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Assembly Department's front-line team. You will organize daily work, supervise line employees, and ensure procedures meet production requirements.
Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of manufacturing or assembly exp, 1–3 years of supervisory experience, and the ability to read instructions and blueprints. Proficiency with ERP/MRP and MS Office is preferred, and a high school diploma is required.
