Assemble building components including wall panels, floor systems, trusses, stairs, and related structures in a manufacturing setting;
Work as part of a team of 3–4 people at assigned stations to build wall panels, trusses, and other prefabricated components;
Use tape measures accurately, including reading measurements down to 1/8 of an inch, to ensure precise cuts and assemblies;
Operate and handle nail guns, saws, table saws, and various hand and power tools safely and efficiently;
Follow established production processes and work at a fast pace to meet daily and weekly production quotas
