Prepares work to be accomplished by studying work instructions and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.

• Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or fixtures
• Assemble fabricated parts or finished products
• Use hand tools, glue guns, and an AVK gun to assist in assembly
• Monitor and maintain product quality
• Performance Measures (Accountability) Key performance measures remain relatively constant over time. Annual performance measures priorities/weightings, and specific targets will be agreed to and documented each performance period. Responsible for quality products.
