Role Description

This part‑time, on‑site Registered Nurse Injector role is based in White Bear Lake, MN. The Registered Nurse Injector will perform aesthetic injections such as neurotoxins and dermal fillers, following established protocols and safety standards. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, reviewing medical histories, creating individualized treatment plans, and providing pre‑ and post‑treatment education. The role involves maintaining accurate documentation, supporting a clean and safe clinical environment, collaborating with other team members to ensure high‑quality client care, and participating in ongoing training to stay current with best practices and new products.

Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota and good standing with the relevant nursing board.
  • Experience or formal training in aesthetic injections (e.g., neurotoxins, dermal fillers) and a strong interest in cosmetic nursing.
  • Demonstrated clinical skills including safe injection techniques, client assessment, and adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to conduct consultations, explain procedures, and provide clear pre‑ and post‑care instructions.
  • Ability to deliver client‑centered care with professionalism, discretion, and a focus on positive outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Comfort working in a medspa or outpatient clinical setting, with the ability to manage time, maintain detailed documentation, and follow clinic policies.
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education, product trainings, and skill development in aesthetic and cosmetic procedures.
  • Basic computer skills for scheduling, charting, and documentation; experience with electronic health records is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical aesthetics is preferred but not required.
