Job Description

$50,000-$80,000 year range with salary and bonuses

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team at 4701 Clark Ave in White Bear Lake, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food quality assurance
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
  • Analyze sales data and financial reports to optimize restaurant performance and profitability
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Oversee inventory management and cost control measures to maximize efficiency
  • Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve skills and maintain service standards
  • Resolve customer complaints and address employee concerns promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with upper management to achieve company goals and implement new initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to food service operations
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in fast food or restaurant management
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage inventory and control food and labor costs
  • Proficiency in staff training and development
  • Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and financial reports to make informed business decisions
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field preferred
  • Serv Safe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
