White Bear Lake Area High School - Additional $0.80 per hour pay increase with School Nutrition Association Level 3 Certification
- Additional $1.05 per hour pay increase with School Nutrition Association Level 4 Certification
7 hours/day; approximately 6:00am – 1:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; 6:15am – 1:15pm on Wednesdays.
LocationThe newly renovated White Bear Lake Area High School – Grades 9-12.

The WBLAS Nutrition Services Department is looking for positive and energetic people who love children, are flexible, are good team players, and are willing to learn new skills in a fun and fast‑paced environment.
MissionThe mission of WBLAS Nutrition Services, an exceptional team vital to our district dedicated to the nutritional needs of our students, is to ensure nutritionally enticing meals in a safe and welcoming environment that acknowledges and values each student through a system distinguished by:
- A student-driven menu
- Sustainable and locally sourced foods

- Students with life‑long healthy eating habits
Prepare food and beverages for high‑volume, complex food service operations, maintaining food safety and food quality. Prepare food and follow recipes, including a variety of meal choices, à la carte, catering and more. Maintain sanitary conditions. Operate, clean and maintain kitchen equipment. Follow federal, state and local guidelines for Child Nutrition Programs. See the attached job description for more information. - Pro‑rated uniform allowance of up to $200 annually
High school diploma or GED and moderate experience in high-volume complex food prep operation, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special RequirementsSanitation and Safety Course is required within one (1) year and again every three (3) years.
