Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by adhering to safety policies;
Monitors tire and battery orders daily and assists members with installation appointments;
Provides expert member service and recommendations by greeting members and assisting with purchases and service decisions;
Uses Sams Garage, product knowledge, and reference materials to recommend appropriate tire and battery products and explain warranties;
Operates Point-of-Sale, processes member purchases, and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
