Do you like to work on your feet and keep things neat and organized? Our merchandising & stocking associates connect all of the dots to make sure members can find everything they need. From everyday needs to special occasions, members look to you as their mini tour guide to locate special products. Your job may include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick‑up orders, or helping members while stocking shelves.

Depending on the shift, you could be unloading trucks in the summer or filling ice cream in the freezer—this fast‑paced role is physically demanding and is like being paid to go to the gym. • Promptly unload trucks.
• Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store.
• Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom.
• Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and guiding them through self‑service technology.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve member issues, and promote company products and services.
• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, adhering to steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning the area, stocking, arranging, organizing merchandise, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays; removing damaged goods; signing and pricing merchandise; identifying shrink and damages; and securing fragile and high‑shrink merchandise.
• Monitor food and merchandise quality by ensuring product rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards; and ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks, communicate progress, determine and recommend improvement opportunities, and adapt to change.
• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by assisting with picking, staging, and selecting products according to company policies.
