Most sales professionals inherit territories.

Very few get the opportunity to help build one.

Twin Cities Physicians is expanding throughout Minnesota, creating an opportunity for an experienced healthcare sales professional to play a major role in shaping the future growth of our physician services division.

This is not an account management position.

This is not maintaining existing relationships.

This is an opportunity to establish new partnerships, create market presence, secure contracts, and help accelerate the growth of a healthcare organization serving senior living communities across Minnesota.

For the right individual, this role offers the opportunity to build something that lasts.

Why Top Sales Performers Explore Opportunities Like This
  • $100,000–$130,000 guaranteed base salary while building your territory.
  • Uncapped commission structure with realistic earnings potential of $175,000–$300,000+ annually
    .
  • Opportunity to help shape a growing physician services division during a critical stage of expansion.
  • Full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting through signed agreement.
  • Ability to build executive-level relationships with owners, operators, Executive Directors, Administrators, and regional leadership teams.
  • Sell a service that directly impacts resident outcomes, care coordination, and healthcare access.
This Is Not Traditional Healthcare Sales

Many healthcare sales roles focus on generating referrals.

This role focuses on winning contracts.

You'll be presenting directly to executive decision-makers who are evaluating physician partnerships, medical direction services, and long-term clinical strategies.

The conversations are larger.

The stakes are higher.

The sales cycles are more complex.

Success requires executive presence, persistence, strategic thinking, and the ability to differentiate value in a competitive marketplace.

What Success Looks Like
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of senior living communities, ownership groups, and post-acute organizations.
  • Create new opportunities through cold outreach, networking, market intelligence, referrals, and in-person relationship development.
  • Secure meetings with Executive Directors, Administrators, ownership groups, operators, and healthcare leadership teams.
  • Present physician services, medical direction solutions, and clinical partnership opportunities.
  • Navigate competitive environments and position Twin Cities Physicians as a long-term strategic partner.
  • Manage negotiations, proposals, contracts, and implementation handoffs.
  • Consistently grow territory revenue through net-new business acquisition.
Ideal Backgrounds

We are particularly interested in candidates from:

  • Medical Device Sales
  • Pharmaceutical Sales
  • Healthcare Technology Sales
  • Post-Acute Care Sales
  • Senior Living Sales
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Documented success winning net-new business and closing contracts.
  • Ability to clearly explain pipeline metrics, quota attainment, close rates, average deal size, and sales cycle management.
  • Experience selling to executive stakeholders and ownership groups.
  • Strong business acumen, professionalism, and consultative selling skills.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Minnesota to build relationships and close business.
