• High School or Equivalent.
• Conduct warm outbound calls to prospective clients, engaging them with tailored solutions aligned with their needs.
• Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads, qualify prospects, and expand the customer base.
• Manage customer interactions through phone communication, ensuring clear, professional, and persuasive dialogue.
• Use internal CRM software to track interactions, update records, and monitor sales pipelines.
• Negotiate terms effectively to close deals while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Communicate with existing customers to assist them in placing orders.
• Miscellaneous office duties assigned.
