Current Union Compensation Package

• Good Faith Wage Estimate: $44,500-$70,000+ annually
• Guaranteed Hourly Earnings: $21.42-$21.71 per hour worked
• Flat-Rate Pay Scale: $22.63-$24.33 per flat‑rate hour produced (current union production scale)
