• Greet customers efficiently and effectively during initial service drive entry.
• Direct customers to proper service advisor and/or express writer.
• Properly collect payment for service repair orders via cash, check or credit card.
• Check in/out loaner vehicles to service customers.
• Book and close out repair orders as needed.
• Perform general administrative duties.
• Complete other duties as directed by supervisor or manager.
