School Bus Driver; Part-Time

Liberty Classical Academy is a Christ-centered, classical Preschool‑12th grade private school with campuses in White Bear Lake and Hugo, Minnesota.

We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused, and flexible School Bus Driver to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. This part‑time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with students and is looking for consistent, flexible hours in a supportive, mission‑driven school environment. The Bus Driver plays an important role in safely transporting students between campuses and to school‑related events.

• Safely transport students between the White Bear Lake and Hugo campuses on scheduled morning and afternoon routes
• Provide transportation for field trips, extracurricular activities, and special events as needed
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and respectful environment on the bus
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections
• Follow all state and school safety policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with school staff regarding routes, timing, and student needs
• Represent the school in a professional and courteous manner

• Valid Minnesota Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with School Bus (S) and Passenger (P) endorsements required
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and DOT physical
• Prior bus driving experience preferred
• Strong commitment to student safety and reliability
• Ability to manage student behavior in a positive and professional manner
• Punctual, dependable, and flexible with scheduling needs

• Schedule: Part‑time, flexible hours based on routes and school needs—typical schedule includes morning and afternoon routes; additional hours available through field trips and special events
• Hours: Approximately 15–20 hours per week, with opportunity for up to 20–30 hours based on availability
• Job Type: Part‑time (school year)
• Pay Range: $24–$26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
