Manufacturing Engineer
We are seeking a Design Engineer for a role north of Nashville. This role will be doing design for sheet metal fabrication.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and launch new products
- Support the continuous improvement and maintenance of existing products
- Assist production with troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues
- Work with service teams to diagnose and resolve field issues
- Provide technical support to Sales and Customer Service teams
- Create and maintain CAD models, drawings, and engineering documentation
- Manage product data including BOMs, routings, and change documentation
- Coordinate with third-party contractors as needed
- Ensure products meet industry standards and compliance requirements
- Research opportunities for design improvements, cost reductions, and new technologies
- Partner with Quality Assurance to develop and refine quality standards
- Collaborate with Purchasing to source materials and components
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing-related engineering
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication
- Proficiency in CAD solid modeling (e.g., Creo, Solid Works, CATIA, Siemens NX)
- Electrical systems, wiring, schematics, and embedded systems
- Refrigeration system design and troubleshooting
- Airflow systems, CFD, and heat transfer
Permanent position based out of White House, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65000.00 – $80000.00/yr.
