$28–$35/hr based on experience, technical ability, and troubleshooting capability.

The OpportunityThis is not a repetitive maintenance position.
One day you may be troubleshooting hydraulic systems or restoring legacy industrial equipment that has supported production for decades. The next, you may be supporting automated fabrication systems, robotic production equipment, or CNC-controlled machinery driving modern steel fabrication.
TATEFAB is looking for a highly capable Industrial Maintenance Technician who takes ownership, thinks critically, and takes pride in keeping equipment and operations running strong.

Troubleshoot and repair fabrication and production equipment
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems
Support automated fabrication and CNC-controlled systems
Coordinate with outside technical vendors when advanced support is required
Maintain maintenance records and equipment documentation
Support continuous improvement and 5S / 6S initiatives
Preferred QualificationsIndustrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments
Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience
Basic industrial electrical troubleshooting experience
Experience supporting automated or CNC-controlled equipment preferred
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
