Starting Salary $16.50

Employment Type:

Hourly FT (Mon-Friday 5am-1:30pm)

Summary:

The purpose of this position is to safely manufacture high-quality products to specifications while meeting or exceeding productivity targets. Team members may have different roles or positions, such as building, door pulling, glass pulling, and palletizing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Safely assist in the manufacturing of high-quality materials.
• Ensure products ordered meet specifications and have no damage by the due date.
• Operating machinery, power tools, or power equipment.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 year warehouse experience, preferred.
• Ability to work with a team
• Fork lift experience a plus.

Physical Demands:

• You will be standing, and walking, for a large part of the day.
• Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, kneel and stretch.

Work Environment:

• The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and occasionally exposed to heights; regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles and extreme heat related to weather.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud in some areas.

Travel:

• This position does not require travel to other Woodgrain locations.
