Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer
- Healthcare Patrol
- Overnight Shift in White House, TN
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support staff, patients, and visitors through strong communication and customer service. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour
Schedules:
- Full Time:
- 1900 - 0700, 3 days a week.
- Must be able to work weekends if needed.
What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with onsite personnel and/or first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and observe visitor and staff movement to help to deter disruptions, support site rules, and document security-related concerns according to Allied Universal and location guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 1+ years of security-related experience.
- Hospital vaccinations are required.
- Must be able to work in a hospital morgue environment.
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
