T H E O P P O R T U N I T YLindsey RV is hiring an Apprentice RV Technician to join our team in White House, Tennessee. This is a
hands‑on training role for someone who wants to build a career diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining
recreational vehicles — not just a job, a trade.
You will work alongside experienced technicians while completing a structured certification path. Starting
pay is $18.00 per hour. Each completed certification comes with an increase in pay.
T R A I N I N G T I M E L I N E- Level One course completed within the first 90 days of employment.
- Level Two course completed within the next 90 days (by day 180).
- A pay increase with each certification earned.
Candidates who stay on pace will finish both foundational levels in about six months and move into higher‑
skilled, higher-paid technician work.
W H A T Y O U W I L L D O- Assist experienced RV technicians with inspections, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Learn electrical, plumbing, LP gas, appliance, chassis, and structural systems used in RVs.
- Help with preventive maintenance and pre‑delivery inspections.
- Keep a clean, organized shop and follow safety procedures.
- Complete assigned coursework and hands‑on skills checks on schedule.
- Communicate clearly with teammates and customers about work in progress.
- Reliable, on‑time, and ready to learn a skilled trade.
- Comfortable working with tools and getting hands dirty.
- Able to follow instructions, ask good questions, and take feedback.
- Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to work on‑site in White House, TN.
- Mechanical aptitude or shop, farm, automotive, or construction experience is a plus — not required.
- Willingness to complete Level One in 90 days and Level Two in the following 90 days.
Start at $18.00 per hour. Pay increases as you complete each certification level. This path is designed for
people who want to become fully qualified RV technicians and keep advancing.
