Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (OT as needed)

Starting Pay: $18/hour, with three structured wage increases in your first year as you grow in the role.

The team lead supports management by helping forecast staffing and operational needs while establishing and achieving daily team goals. This role assists in optimizing the use of personnel, equipment, and time to ensure efficient workflow and productivity. The team lead also plays a key role in training, coaching, and developing team members, while monitoring performance and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Partner with management to set daily goals and plan staffing needs
• Keep operations running efficiently by organizing people, equipment, and workflow
• Take initiative to solve problems and support the team
• Train, coach, and develop employees
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of warehouse and/or forklift experience preferred
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• Strong team player with effective communication skills
• Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative
• Eager to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibility
• Spanish fluency is a plus

* Standing/walking most of shift; lift up to 75 lbs

* Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting

* Warehouse environment with machinery, noise, dust, and temperature changes
