Fulfillment Associate, Portland - Night Shift/Pocket Pack-Full Time

As a Warehouse Colleague, you will play a key role in the Supply Chain team, supporting online orders for Macy's and Bloomingdale's customers. Full‑time colleagues typically work 30 or more hours per week.

Warehouse colleagues ensure accurate receipt, storage, picking, and shipping of merchandise using multiple systems and equipment. The role emphasizes customer focus, teamwork, and safety.

• Receiving and Unloading – Receive, prepare, put away, pick, sort, pack, and ship merchandise safely and accurately.
• Technology – Operate PCs, handheld computers, radio frequency equipment, and other devices; learn area‑specific functions within warehouse and proprietary systems.
• Equipment – Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as required.
• Team Collaboration – Work collaboratively with team members; communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and leaders; read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English.
• Foster an inclusive environment that strengthens relationships with colleagues, customers, and communities.

• No education or experience required.
• Can understand and communicate with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Can read, understand, and interpret employment policies, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals in English.
• Self‑starter who adapts quickly to changing customer expectations.
• Proficient in the use of computers and handheld technology.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with dependable attendance.

• Prolonged walking and standing up to the duration of scheduled shift (excluding breaks).
• Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipment.
• Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and color vision.
• Lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Ability to hear and see safety/emergency alarms and power industrial truck (PIT) warning devices to ensure safety while on warehouse floor.

Random drug testing will be conducted monthly or semi‑monthly. Testing must be completed on the same workday the colleague is notified.
