We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy and to those needing long-term care.

• Administer medications: give oral, topical, IV, and injectable medications
• Treatments: perform wound care and prevention, manage pain, and apply dressings
• Assessment & monitoring: conduct health assessments, track changes, and analyze data
• Care planning: create, update, and execute individualized care plans
• Collaboration:
  
  strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and others
• Family and resident education: explain health status, changes, and expectations for care
• Documentation: keep detailed records of health status, all care, progress, and interactions
• Team oversight: oversee and delegate to LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care and teamwork

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as an RN Registered Nurse
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional reference check, and physical evaluation
• Professionally and clinically skilled with leadership qualities
