Job Description: Ray Catena BMW/Lexus of Westchester is seeking an experienced Automotive Accounting Office Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced dealership environment and takes pride in accuracy, accountability, and teamwork.
We foster a true team atmosphere—this is a workplace where we support one another and never say, “that’s not my job.”
Responsibilities- Posting and accounting for vehicle deals
- Commissioning deals accurately and timely
- Processing trade payoffs
- Cleaning and maintaining schedules
- Supporting daily accounting office operations as needed
- Minimum of 5 years of automotive accounting experience (required)
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-first environment
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Salary range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually, based on experience
