- Support Sodexo in the operation of the workspace, reception, security and employee services, focusing on service quality standards, deadlines, proper procedures, safety, consistency, and an engaging workplace experience.
- Act as a resource for employees by addressing questions, concerns, or challenges related to the office environment, guiding employees to appropriate solutions or support.
- Review service performance and activity reports with Sodexo and internal teams; ensure accurate documentation and identify opportunities for improvement aligned with established standards.
- Provide ongoing feedback to the Sodexo team lead to maintain service quality and a positive employee-facing experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing workplace processes and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall employee experience.
- Assist with facilities-related tasks, including coordinating repairs, reporting security concerns, and supporting branding updates as directed.
- Troubleshoot facilities issues with Sodexo and tenant property managers.
- Perform research, develop potential solutions, and create scope of work documents for review and approval.
- Help facilitate building sustainability and recycle initiatives in partnership with internal Danone groups.
- Coordinate with Communications and Executive Assistants on meeting room needs and event schedules.
- Maintain a professional image of the company by keeping office areas, conference rooms, loading docks, and break rooms in good condition.
- Serve as the on-site first point of contact for issue resolution, escalating complex scenarios to a supervisor as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Working knowledge of basic office equipment
- Organized with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and high level of professionalism
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a high-growth environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills, both by phone and in-person
- Commitment to excellent customer service for internal and external customers
- Team player who can also work independently
- Able to think independently
- Willingness to travel between office locations and events
The salary range for this position is $85k-100k USD. The exact salary offered will depend on factors including relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.
