Overview

Our client, a well-established corporate organization, is looking to hire an Executive Administrative Assistant to start right away!

This position will work onsite 5 days a week. Position:
Executive Administrative Assistant. Office

Location:

White Plains, NY. Pay: $25/hr.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and video conferences, including preparation of agendas and materials.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and invoice processing.
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Support special projects and provide general administrative assistance as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of administrative or executive support experience in a corporate office environment.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
