Role Description

We are currently searching for a Part-Time Environmental Coordinator to support our growing team in White Plains, NY as part of our Resilience Global Business Area (GBA). The role will support our team's scheduling needs and other administrative tasks as needed.

Accountabilities

The individual for this role must possess a diverse set of skills that make them a valuable asset to any work environment. Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and work ethic are essential to ensure thorough and efficient completion of tasks. Excellent communication skills will allow them to effectively convey ideas both verbally and in writing. The candidate must be self‑motivated and team‑oriented, able to collaborate and also work independently.

A flexible attitude towards assignments and a willingness to take on new projects will demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow professionally. Dependability and ownership of tasks will make them a reliable and trustworthy team member.

  • Interest in working in a hybrid work environment in the office and at home as needed.
  • Available 20 hours a week and willing to work flexible hours any given day.
  • Basic environmental studies knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Provide administrative support through scheduling staffing needs of our team.
  • Communicate with clients in a timely manner to make sure the team is scheduled and staffed for projects in ample time.
  • Manage team inboxes on frequently asked questions.
Qualifications & Experience

REQUIRED

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 0-5 years' experience, prior experience in the environmental industry is a plus

The salary range for this position is $24.51 - $36.77 per hour. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
