Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up correspondence. Handle high-volume email management, including prioritization and delegation. Administrative Duties:

Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and teams. Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports. Operational Efficiency:
Anticipate executive needs and proactively address them. Prioritize and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Align work deliverables with broader strategic objectives. Requirements 7+ years of experience supporting C-level or senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment. 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or supervising Executive Assistants or administrative support staff. Proven ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and handle shifting priorities with discretion and urgency.
Experience overseeing administrative workflows, delegating tasks, and improving team processes and service standards. Strong background in travel coordination, expense reporting, event planning, and preparation of executive communications and presentation materials. Demonstrated success supporting multiple senior stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and judgment skills, with the ability to coach and develop entry level administrative staff.
