Summary
The Administrative Support Associate provides clerical and administrative support to the store office to ensure efficient daily operations. This role manages correspondence, data entry, and scheduling while coordinating with store leadership to support operational needs.
Responsibilities- Perform general office tasks including filing, data entry, and answering phones
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and daily paperwork
- Coordinate schedules and support calendar management for store leadership
- Assist with basic payroll, timekeeping processes, and vendor coordination
- 2+ years of administrative or retail office experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and office equipment
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
