• Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive, professional work environment
• Manage scheduling, calendars, and appointments for attorneys and staff
• Handle client intake, correspondence, and front-office communications
• Maintain and organize legal files, records, and case management systems
• Coordinate billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping functions
• Supervise and support administrative staff and office vendors
• Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and facility needs
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and confidentiality standards

• 5+ years of office management experience, preferably in a legal or professional services setting
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with billing, bookkeeping, or Quick Books preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Proactive, self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
