Key Tasks

Diagnose, repair, and modify luxury, exotic, vintage, and performance vehicles

Participate in custom automotive projects such as suspension upgrades, intake systems, and mechanical repairs

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and resolve complex technical issues

Collaborate with fabrication and project teams on custom vehicle builds

Maintain a clean and professional work environment

Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and performance

Assist with prototype installations and custom modifications

Contribute to a safe and detail-oriented shop environment

Requirements

Education in Automotive Technology or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with luxury or exotic vehicles
Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems
Experience in performance enhancements and upgrades
Knowledge of various automotive manufacturers and platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Personal technician tools required
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
