Location: City of White Plains

Our Client, is seeking a Financial Advisor Onboarding Consultant in their White Plains, New York location.

What You’ll Do
  • Support Field Recruiting by assessing candidate compatibility, eligibility, and alignment with company standards
  • Partner with General Office Contracting to prepare and process Experienced Professional contract packages
  • Develop individualized transition plans for incoming rep-advisors
  • Coordinate closely with Broker-Dealer and Wealth Advisory teams to analyze advisor business mix and manage onboarding execution
  • Provide logistical support to the Business Transition Lead
  • Proactively resolve onboarding and transition issues in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Development Managers to coordinate training on products, services, procedures, and policies
  • Deliver white-glove service to advisors throughout the transition lifecycle
  • Create and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting to monitor progress and identify risks
  • Compile data-driven insights to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend enhancements
  • Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends and internal product offerings
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 4–7 years of experience in financial services or insurance
  • Experience working with Experienced Financial Professionals or Financial Advisors
  • Background in operations, onboarding, project coordination, or transition management
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, filtering, charting, graphing required)
  • Strong PowerPoint and One Note proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and executive presence
  • Series 6, 63, 65, or 7 licenses are a plus (or equivalent knowledge).
