We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Associate Procurement Manager to join our confectionery procurement team, with responsibility for managing packaging category. This role is integral to advancing strategic sourcing and supply chain initiatives through data analysis, supplier performance management, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to delivering procurement excellence in a dynamic, consumer-driven environment.
KEYACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES
- Support strategic initiatives with research, spend analysis, and cost modeling
- Maintain accurate databases of material costs, lead times, and supplier information
- Run daily spend and savings reports; analyze trends and suggest enhancements
- Track supplier KPIs and update scorecards (OTIF, Quality)
- Conduct risk assessments and elevate supply chain issues
- Benchmark pricing and research market trends relevant to confectionery packaging.
- Facilitate supplier onboarding (Vendor Set Up Forms, W9, Code of Conduct)
- Provide analytical support for RFPs, RFQs, and supplier negotiations.
- Support ERP platforms (D365, SAP); troubleshoot system issues
- Maintain contract repository and monitor renewal alerts
- Assist in tool adoption and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Facilitate communication across teams and gather procurement requirements
- Participate in NPD meetings and support procurement setup for new products
- Collect ESG (Environmental, Social, and governance) data and assist in sustainability reporting
- Contribute to training and internal knowledge sharing
- Draft, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for procurement processes to ensure consistency and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analytics, preferably within the food or consumer goods industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with preferred experience in Power BI and ERP systems (D365 and SAP).

JOB DETAILS
Base starting salary ranges from $90k - $120k/year. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role includes:
