Quality, efficiency, and safety all play a big role in our work ufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for the Supply Chain team. We are currently looking to hire a VP, Operations Business Lead – Yogurt based in Louisville, CO or White Plains, NY. Our operations team is focused on creating an integrated, streamlined, end‑to‑end value chain and delivering a superior product experience to our consumers.
Responsibilities- Single Point of Accountability for delivering Operations components of RF1/RF’s at the business unit level while activating value chain functions when required to provide integrated solutions for BUs.
- Serve on the BU Leadership team, supported by the Operations eco‑system.
- Activate functions in the development, alignment and implementation of solutions.
- Advise & align BU Leadership to solutions and engage as the Operations voice into the BU.
- Ensure right resources and capacity at the right time for short‑ and long‑term business needs.
- Challenge the business on maintaining an optimal number of projects and enforce ruthless prioritization – optimize SKUs and project/portfolio management.
- Own iPRO process for the BU, driving stage gate adherence and rigor to deliver all projects on time and within budget.
- Drive SKU and project optimization to deliver improved gross margin and margin‑accretive innovation to the BU.
- Utilize value chain experience to influence and support solutions for key innovations that deliver profitable growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to connect the dots across Operations and deliver solutions that improve cost of the business.
- Own Talent Management within the function.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
- 12 to 15 years of cross‑functional supply chain experience with a focus in S&OP and manufacturing.
- Experience in developing and managing interpersonal relationships to influence senior leadership decisions within BUs.
- Experience negotiating change and compromise with multiple levels of stakeholders across BUs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Base compensation range for this position is $225,000 – $280,000, commensurate with experience.
