Our client, a leading organization in the utility sector, is seeking a dedicated and strategic Change Management Specialist to join their team. As a Change Management Specialist, you will be part of the Utility Operations HQ supporting the Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to change management, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: White Plains, NY
Pay Range:
Shift: Monday through Friday. 7.5-hour workday with unpaid lunch
Duration: 1 year
What's the Job?
- Develop and execute tailored change management strategies, plans, and documentation for a portfolio of change initiatives related to EH&S.
- Design and deliver effective change management plans, communications, and training materials to ensure seamless implementation.
- Conduct change impact and benefit assessments, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to gather insights and foster engagement.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to incorporate milestones into project timelines and monitor progress.
- Identify and report on change-related risks and interdependencies, providing proactive solutions to support project success.
What's Needed?
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple large, complex change management work streams and projects
. - Degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Organizational Psychology/Leadership, Project Management, Communications or similar
- Ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders to understand and address change needs and risks.
- Strong analytical skills to develop and apply change management measures and evaluate outcomes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams.
