Job Summary:
The Change Management Specialist will lead and support a portfolio of change initiatives within the Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) function. This role involves designing and executing tailored change management strategies, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring smooth transformation through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:- Create and implement custom change management strategies, plans, and documentation for a portfolio of changes.
- Design and deliver change management plans, communications, and materials to support successful implementation.
- Conduct change impact and benefit assessments, stakeholder interviews, and workshops.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to integrate change milestones into project timelines.
- Report progress, identify interdependencies, and flag change-related issues and risks across multiple projects.
- Assess training needs and assist in the development, design, and delivery of training with the Training team.
- Maintain frequent communication and build relationships with employees at all levels and functions.
- Provide additional change management support as required.
Certifications:
- Experience managing multiple large, complex change management work streams and projects.
- Ability to partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to understand change needs, risks, and provide coaching.
- Strong analytical skills to develop and apply change management measures.
- Skilled in leading change work streams and coaching project teams on change management requirements and solutions.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Teams.
- Degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Organizational Psychology/Leadership, Project Management, Communications, or related field.
Certifications:
- Graduate-level education in a related discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to work across all organizational levels.
- Standard work schedule with potential need for flexibility to meet project deadlines and stakeholder availability.
